2010 has been an exciting year for us at Sunwest Trust, Inc. We have had consistent growth for the past 7 years and 2010 is no different. The first half of this year has been very good and we are grateful to our loyal customers and those that refer business to us.

Beginning in June we are going to offer to act as Trustee for your individual 401k or i401K. Although it is not necessary for you to have a corporate or third party Trustee for an i401k, we have had many clients ask us if we would provide this service. So beginning June 1st Sunwest Trust will now act as Trustee for your self directed i401k. We will still provide you the i401k plan documents and allow you to act as your own Trustee or you can appoint someone else, it is completely your choice.

We have also added a live chat line so that you can ask your IRA or Escrow questions online. If the live support button shows ONLINE, you can chat with someone in our office about any questions you may have regarding IRA's or Escrow Services. Remember, we are not lawyers, CPA's or tax/financial advisors, but we will be willing to help you if we can or may just send you in the right direction.
