Terry White, CEO of Sunwest Trust, Inc., teaches continuing education classes for realtors throughout New Mexico. The classes include: Real Estate Contracts/Seller Financing, "The Basics", for four hours of continuing education; Wrap Around Real Estate Contracts, for two hours of continuing education; Real Estate, The IRA Alternative, for four hours of continuing education. Although these classes are conducted primarily for realtors, Terry welcomes anyone who would like to attend.

TELEPHONE SEMINARS: In addition to the traditional classroom meetings mentioned above, Sunwest Trust, Inc. also offers telephone seminars. This unique teaching tool offers clients an opportunity to listen to a short IRA seminar, in the privacy of home or office, by telephone. This is a fully interactive class where clients listen to the presentation and can ask questions. It is an actual conference call so all involved can hear questions and answers as if in a classroom.
