In an effort to provide service, not only to the realtors and title companies that send us business, but also to the actual buyers and sellers on real estate contracts and other owner financing arrangements we will be providing an ongoing series of videos that will explain various aspects of owner financing. The first two videos you will see here titled "Buying Real Estate Using a Real Estate Contract" and "Selling Real Estate Using a Real Estate Contract" will apply specifically to buyers and sellers in New Mexico because they refer to a document called a “real estate contract” that may not be used in other states.
