In 2006, Sunwest Trust, Inc. completed an escrow servicing software upgrade and data conversion. Our new system has many new features that we are in the process of incorporating into our servicing package. We look forward to having many of these features in place in 2007.
For our IRA clients, we made it easier to open a new Sunwest Trust Inc. IRA by providing all new account documents online. Looking ahead to 2007, Sunwest Trust, Inc. will be moving the IRA online account viewing from an out-of-state provider to the instate provider who handles our escrow servicing online account viewing service.
